MULTI-OFFICE MANAGER

Carly's dental career began in 2017 when she worked as a dental assistant intern at the Camas location. She excelled as an assistant and a PCC. Carly quickly became the show-runner. Her background in clinical dentistry, dependability, and thorough work ethic make her a perfect fit for our Multi-Office Manager! She is well-loved at all three locations and we are so happy to have her as a leader of the pack.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Katrina has been with the Salmon Creek team since its opening over 1 year ago. She has been working in the dental industry since her senior year in highschool, first as an assistant and then moved to the front office. She jokes that she has sold her soul to the dental gods. When she’s not busy being the fun loud one at work, she’s spending time with her daughter Millie and Aussie named Ollie. 

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Our sweet and cheerful employee, Sasha graduated from the dental assisting program at Cascadia Technical Academy in 2022. Soon after she finished her dental assisting program, she realized that she enjoyed working at the front desk better and became a Patient Care Coordinator quickly thereafter. She is new to our company and is helping us to launch the Salmon Creek office, but she’s already proven herself to be so self-motivated and caring and Tooth Docs is so lucky to have her on our team! Sasha is fluent in Russian and enjoys watching sunsets, going on beautiful hikes, and cuddling her cat, Zhorik.

EXPANDED FUNCTIONS DENTAL ASSISTANT

Katie came back to dentistry after taking a break from the field to help us open Tooth Docs BG in September of 2021! She has one of our favorite hire stories, because she was originally one of Dr. Lenz’s patients. Dr. Lenz told her that if she ever wanted to come back to dentistry, she would have a spot waiting for her.  A few months later, Katie showed up, resume-in-hand. She received her diploma in Dental Assisting is from Arizona College in 2014. Patients appreciate her personality and ability to connect. She likes camping with her 2 children on the weekends. She graduated from PCC with her Restorative Assistant certificate. Katie has worked at all 3 locations.

LEAD DENTAL ASSISTANT

Joceline joined our team in 2023. Before she found her home with us, she worked in the dental field for four years as a dental assistant. One of her favorite things to do as an assistant is make anterior temporaries. She is a go-getter and brings such a good attitude to the office everyday. She grew up in San Jose, CA and moved to Vancouver, WA when she was just 7 years old. In her down time, Joceline likes plants, reading, and hangin out with her dog Gus and husband Ivar. She also loves exploring the area and trying out new foods and restaurants.

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Monique is such a fun part of the team! She was formerly a pediatric dental assistant and hopes to become an EFDA someday. She started her journey with us at the Camas location. Being originally a Californian and a true PNW resident, Monique is a plant mom and loves hiking. She is close with her sisters and like so many of our staff members, enjoys a trip to Taco Bell. Sometimes, you can find Monique making balloon animals at the office!
